Thunder Bay police have arrested a man and teenager from southern Ontario who are accused of drug trafficking and a home takeover.

Officers investigated a complaint at a home on the north side around 1:30 Monday morning, and found a 22-year-old man and 16-year-old boy along with drugs, cash, and items they suspect are connected to drug trafficking.

They say the two suspects also weren’t wanted in the home, located on Pearl Street between South Cumberland and South Algoma Streets.

Police seized $3,000 in cash and what they believe to be fentanyl and crack cocaine worth more than $9,000.
