“Tbaytel is currently experiencing an outage impacting Regional Mobility, and Wireless Internet services across parts of our East and West regions,” the company wrote on Facebook. “Technicians are actively working to restore connections as quickly as possible.”

No timeline for restoration has been provided, and Tbaytel has not indicated how many customers are affected.

The company apologized for the inconvenience and said further updates will be provided as work continues to restore connections.
