The dream is coming true. Netflix released a trailer for a series once thought unfilmable. The Sandman, based on the DC Comics series from Neil Gaiman, will make its debut this summer on the streaming network. The show follows Morpheus, the Dream King, played by Tom Sturridge as well as those affected by him, as he sets right the mistakes he made over his long existence. You also have  key players like Death, Desire and The Corinthian, among others.  The show features Stephen Fry, Charles Dance and Patton Oswalt as the voice of Matthew the Raven and narrated by Star Wars Mark Hamill. The visuals alone are pretty astounding.  The Sandman starts August 5th.
