Multiple charges and a future court date for a 35-year-old Thunder Bay man accused of being tied to child exploitation.

An investigation began in March of 2022 into a suspected local Internet user who had uploaded digital files, including child pornography.

Police conducted a raid at a Northern Avenue home on the morning of June 10th and seized an electronic device.

During the investigation, officers also located evidence of a sexual assault of an adult victim.

Charges include:

Possession of Child Pornography
Printing and Publishing Child Pornography
Importing and Distributing Child Pornography
Sexual Assault with a Weapon
Voyeurism
