Do you remember The Munsters? The classic sitcom with Herman, his wife Lily and Grandpa, werewolfish son Eddie and teen niece Marilyn. Get set for a return with a reboot from Rob Zombie. The director/rocker seems like the perfect choice. He’ll be releasing a big screen update, with a family-friendly movie to premiere on Netflix in the fall. The show was originally on the air for two years from 1964 to 1966 with a couple of feature films.

Zombie released the news on social media, tying it in with the premiere of Tim Burton‘s Addams Family spinoff Wednesday, to debut around the same time.
