Elephants are very smart and there was a good example of this at a zoo in China. A video was taken of one elephant that picked up a shoe that was accidentally dropped into its enclosure and returned it on the other side of a fence and received some grass as gratitude. The clip then went viral and was praised for the kind gesture. Very cool!
