A youth has been arrested by the OPP following an incident at the Fort Frances High School earlier today.

Police were called to the school in regards to a youth in possession of a knife. Police arrived immediately and took the youth into custody. Currently there is no threat to public safety.

The youth has since been released and a spokesperson for the OPP says more information is expected to be released on Friday.
