The City will start its seasonal yard waste collection next month.

From Nov. 1-10, yard waste will be collected as long as paper bags are used and weigh 40lbs (18kg) each.

Any loose branches or brush must be bundled together, no longer than one metre and two feet wide tied together by bring/rope. Grass clippings will NOT be accepted.

Yard waste goes out on your regular recycling day and there is no limit on the number of bags per household for leaf and yard waste pickup.

Note that waste & recycling collection during the week of Nov. 7 will move one day earlier due to Remembrance Day on Friday, Nov. 11.
