Two people were injured in a suspected stabbing along Winnipg Ave.
Police arrived to the scene on Wednesday night and located two people, an 18 and 16 year old, both victims.
The youth suspected of the assault had called 911 about the incident hand details as to his whereabouts.
The youth turned himself into police without incident. The accused is also claiming to be a victim in an alleged assault.
The two male victims were transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre for further evaluation and treatment of their injuries. The extent of those injuries is unknown, but are not believed to be life-threatening.
The accused now faces two charges of Aggravated Assault.
The name of the accused is being withheld in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The accused appeared in bail court on Thursday, March 30 and was released with conditions and a future appearance date.
