Debris has been found near the Titanic as the search for a missing submersible continues into day four.
The U.S. Coast Guard is holding a press conference later today to discuss findings from the Horizon Arctic’s ROV on the sea floor near the Titanic.
A multi-national rescue mission has been ongoing since Sunday.
That’s when communication was lost with the five people inside the OceanGate Expeditions sub.
It’s believed there was enough oxygen for the crew to survive 96 hours but that timeframe has now expired.
Experts believe that there is a chance the submersible has imploded and broken into pieces under the immense pressure of the ocean.
