Jordan Staal: he started in 2006 in the NHL, earning $765,000.  This year with Carolina, he earned $6 million.  To date:  $70.6 million

How about Montreal’s CAREY PRICE?  He turned pro in 2007, signing with the Habs and made $850,000.  This year…his salary is $13 million.  To date, Carey’s earned $99.8 million

Tom Brady:  he started in the NFL in 2000, with New England and earned $231,000.  To date, Brady has earned (are you sitting down for this one?):  $263 million
