Hundreds of job cuts could be announced Monday at Canada’s public broadcaster.
CEO Catherine Tait will reportedly address all CBC/Radio-Canada employees on Monday afternoon.
Le Journal de Montréal is reporting that some 600 to 700 positions could be affected.
The broadcaster is facing a $100 million annual shortfall for the next three years.
CBC/Radio-Canada currently has nearly 8,000 employees from coast to coast.
