Thunder Bay Police are looking for a missing man.

City police say 29-year-old James Haapsaari was last seen near Empress Avenue around 1:00 AM Friday.

He’s described as white, 5’10” and 250lbs with blue eyes and straight, shoulder-length dark brown hair with a beard and moustache.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a sweater or long sleeve shirt, and shorts.
