Good news for seniors in a retirement home in Newfoundland. After they were all fully vaccinated, residents at the Alderwood Retirement Centre couldn’t understand why they couldn’t hold dances, with a ban still in place.

The seniors got together to make a music video, set to the tune of Footloose by Kenny Loggins, that shows everyone there busting out the moves. The video convinced the province’s Health Minister John Haggie to lift the ban and he thanked the residents for raising the issue. Sometimes all you need to do is dance! Way to go.
