NSCC campuses in Lunenburg, Yarmouth (Burridge), Shelburne and Digby campus will delay opening until 10 a.m. with the first classes at 10:30.

The Municipality of Chester will delay opening administrative offices until 10:30 a.m. to allow for clearing of roads.
