A 50-year-old man has been charged after a collision in Halifax.

It happened last night in the area of Lacewood Drive and Bayview Road.

A vehicle crossed the centre line and struck an oncoming vehicle, there were no injuries.

Halifax Police say the man refused a breath sample after officers noticed the smell of alcohol.

He will appear in court at a later date.
