Residents of Nova Scotia could be facing a snowy beginning to the week, with a forecast predicting up to 25 centimetres of snow for the mainland.
As per a winter storm watch statement issued by Environment Canada, considerable snowfall and strong winds are expected overnight on Sunday and throughout the day on Monday, impacting most of the province’s mainland.
At times, visibility may experience sudden reductions due to heavy snowfall. The adverse weather conditions could lead to transportation delays, particularly impacting rush hour traffic in urban areas. It is advised to stay updated by monitoring alerts and forecasts provided by Environment Canada.
