Some non-emergency services are still reduced in Cape Breton, Antigonish and Guysborough counties due to snow clearing and road conditions in many areas.

Nova Scotia Health says its focus Wednesday will be on emergency and urgent care.

The health authority is asking patients to consider whether any non-urgent appointments can be rescheduled.
