You and your snow shovel will be nice and cozy this Valentine’s Day.

We’re digging out from another blast of winter weather.

A winter storm warning remains in effect Wednesday for northeastern Nova Scotia, including Cape Breton, where 30 centimetres of snow could fall.

About 30 centimetres fell Tuesday night at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, Yarmouth Airport is reporting 8 centimetres.

Blowing snow is creating white-out conditions.

RCMP advised people to avoid unnecessary travel, as highways and roads were covered with ice overnight.

Halifax Transit pulled busses off the roads Tuesday night, they’re scheduled to resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Passengers at Halifax Stanfield and Sydney Airport are asked to confirm their flight status before heading to the airport.

A tractor trailer was stuck in the righthand lane on Highway 102 (inbound) between exits 4 and 3 in the Rifle Range Hill area on Tuesday night.

Several tractor trailers were also stuck on Hwy 102 (outbound) near Exit 3.
