More than $22,000 has been raised in only a few hours to support the South Shore Regional Hospital.
It’s part of a major fundraiser for the Health Services Foundation.
The goal is $150,000 to buy new equipment for the intensive care unit.
Some of the purchases would be for an ultrasound, new bed and mattress and four glider chairs.
Our staff are broadcasting live from the hospital until 6 p.m. as part of the Gift from the Heart Radiothon.
It is the 14 year for the event supporting the South Shore Regional Hospital
