A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a convicted drug trafficker accused of violating the conditions of his statutory.
Timothy Mason had been residing in the community, according to a news release from the Saint John Police Force.
The 45-year-old is serving a sentence of more than 25 months on several charges, including:
- Six counts of possessing a Schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking
- Two counts of assault-intentional use of force
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Failure to attend court
- Failure to comply with a probation order
- Escape or being at large without excuse
Police are warning the public to not approach Mason if they see him.
