A province wide arrest warrant for a Halifax man.

RCMP say Scott Evan Higgins, is facing a charge of failing to comply with a court order.

The 38-year-old is described as 5’9, 176 lbs with brown eyes and dark brown hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
