Get ready for the the biggest celestial display of the year with the Perseid meteor shower. It’s currently on now, and started July 17 until August 24, but it will peak in the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 11th, although some sources say August 12 to 13th. Be sure to find a space away from city lights, where NASA says you’ll be able to see about 40 an hour or in your backyard, where there will be a few every hour and look up for the show. The Canadian Space Agency has more tips on how to enjoy the Perseids. Happy meteor gazing!
