The Mount Saint Vincent Faculty Association and The Board of Governors have reached a tentative agreement.

This comes just over three weeks after full-time faculty, lab instructors and librarians walked off the job.

Vice-President of Administration Isabelle Nault says, members of the Faculty Association will vote on the agreement, Tuesday.

If it is ratified, the strike will end.

This comes after months of negotiating between the two sides.

The Association says they were looking for a fair deal that not only includes equity, diversity and inclusion but also focuses on pay and working conditions.

The strike began February 12.
