Nova Scotia Health requests the public’s assistance to locate Joshua Purdy, 36, who disappeared from the hospital.

He’s about five-feet-ten-inches, with light brown hair and facial hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing black pants and a white sweater.

“The patient’s risk increases with the length of time they are away from treatment,” reads a release from the health authority.

If anyone sees Purdy, Nova Scotia Health asks them to call police.
