RCMP are responding to a threat at a Fall River residence.

Officers are evacuating the immediate neighbours in the 100 block of Canterbury Lane as a precaution.

There is no one inside the home and the threat has not been substantiated.

Canterbury Lane is closed.

Please avoid the area to allow officers and first responders to do their work.

Police will provide updates as they get more information.
