If you thought yesterday was warm, Wednesday will get even hotter.
That heat warning remains in effect for the province.
Maximum temperatures on Wednesday will be between 30 and 35 degrees with the humidex making it feel as warm as 45 degrees for some regions.
Lows tonight are expected to be between 18 and 23 degrees.
There won’t be any relief on Thursday either with highs and humidex values around the same.
Conditions like this can elevate the risk of heat illnesses like heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration and if you are working outdoors, ensure you take a lot of breaks in cool or shady places.
