A collision between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle has left two people with serious injuries.

City police and emergency services responded to the collision near Arthur Street and Mountdale Avenue just after 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

They found the driver and passenger of the motorcycle and they were sent to a local hospital for treatment.

No injuries were reported in the passenger vehicle.

The Thunder Bay Police Service’s Traffic Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are investigating the incident.

City police plans to provide updates when they become available.
