You can expect some lengthy waits due to emergency repairs on a busy highway connecting Kenora and Dryden.

The issue is reportedly related to necessary work on a culvert on the road near the Highway 17 and 71 turnoff. 

Some drivers tell our newsroom traffic is extremely backed up and the wait is spanning hours.

Workers are trying to repair the culvert and no word on when it might be fixed.
