Thomas Rhett made a fan’s birthday wish come true as one of the stops on his current tour. 26-year-old Gia had a sign at the show which Rhett noticed. He sang Happy Birthday to her with the help of 16,000 fans and then she joined with him to sing some of his hit Star Of The Show. She captioned the experience as BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!
