It’s been a long time coming for hockey in Thunder Bay.

The Westfort Rangers are bringing back the Ice Breaker tournament from Thursday, November 11th through until Sunday, November 14th.

The Fall Classic will feature teams from across Northwestern Ontario competing in the following divisions: U-11A, U-11AA, U-13A, U-13AA, U-15A and U-18A.

“This tournament has been held for at least 20 years,” explains Lex MacArthur, who takes on the role as Chair for the first time. “The players and the parents are all looking forward to the resumption of tournaments, it was missed greatly last year.”

Organizers are closing registration for the tournament on Monday, October 18th at 11:59 p.m.
