Thunder Bay Police are looking for a 28-year-old woman who was last seen in September.

They say Taylor Rowe has been missing since September 23rd and was reported missing yesterday.

She’s described as white, 5’4″ tall, and 110 lbs with wavy dark hair and blue eyes.
