Some students in the Strait region will be leaving classes early Tuesday.

Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy, Inverness Education Centre/Academy and Pleasant Bay School will begin dismissing students at 1 p.m.

The Strait Regional Centre for Education says the early dismissals are due to predicted deteriorating weather.
