Drivers heading from the St. Stephen area toward Saint John will need to find another route.

A crash has closed the eastbound lanes of Route 1 just past Exit 25 to Saint Andrews and Lawrence Station.

Callers to our station said there are multiple vehicles involved in the collision.

Traffic camera in the area appear to show at least one vehicle on its roof.

Several first responders are also on the scene, including firefighters, paramedics and the RCMP.
