Another round of winter weather could bring significant snow to New Brunswick later this week.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement for nearly the entire province early Tuesday.
Forecasters said more than 15 centimetres of snow is possible in some areas throughout the day Thursday.
“Travel could become difficult as heavy snow may come during busy traffic hours,” Environment Canada said in its statement.
Lesser amounts are expected along the Fundy coast, including in Saint John and coastal Charlotte County, which are not currently under the special weather statement.
The national weather agency is encouraging residents to monitor alerts and forecasts as we get closer to Thursday.
