A 38-year-old is facing charges following a robbery investigation in Thunder Bay.

Officers were sent to a business on Fort William Road on February 7 after a robbery.

A suspect had entered a business and stole merchandise while holding a knife.

The suspect ran before officers arrived.

An investigation identified a suspect and they were located and arrested on Wednesday.

As a result, a 38-year-old has been charged with robbery and breach of probation.

The accused remains in custody with a future court date.
