An 84-year-old man is dead after a crash involving a snow plow in Richibucto.

It happened early Friday morning and investigators believe it was caused after the car rammed into the rear tires of the plow.

Police say the man was taken to hospital but could not be saved.

No other injuries were reported.

The New Brunswick Coroner’s office is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
