For the second time in less than a week, a Special Weather Statement has been issued for much of northwestern Ontario.

Between 10 and 20 centimeters is predicted to fall starting Wednesday morning and lasting under Thursday morning.

Thunder Bay is under winter storm watch, which means anywhere from 20 to 30 centimeters could fall.

Environment Canada says snowfall warnings may be issued as the weather event draws nearer.
