A considerable drug bust on the city’s south-side.

It happened the night of Dec. 15 on Mountdale Avenue, where officers executed a search warrant that was obtained after an investigation into drug trafficking.

When they entered, they found multiple people inside with five suspects being arrested and taken to police headquarters.

A search of the home lead to police finding cocaine, crack cocaine, Oxycodone pills, and cash.

It is believed more then $10,000 in cash was seized, and around $35,000 in drugs.

Hamza MOHAMUD, 25, of Mississauga, Ont., is charged with:

• Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

Abbas ABDINOUR, 20, of Toronto, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

Brandyn Alan DOUST, 29, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
• Failure to Comply with Release Order

David Alexander FERGUSON, 52, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

Salvatore MIELE, 65, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Oxycodone for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
• Failure to Comply with Release Order

All five have appeared in bail court and will remain in custody with a future court date.
