161 new cases of COVID-19 in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

Of the new infections Friday, 114 have a pending cause and 26 were obtained from someone else who had the virus.

There are now 265 active cases heading into the weekend seven active outbreaks, none affecting Lakehead Public Schools or the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board.
