The We’koma’q community is under a shelter in place order after an armed attack.

According to the community’s Facebook page, residents are asked to stay home and lock their doors while emergency crews actively respond.

The town asks that you do not leave where you are until the ‘ALL CLEAR’ is given and monitor for alerts.
