The RCMP says the group had plans to forcefully take over land in Québec City.
Three people, two people, aged 25 and 25 from Québec City, along with a 24-year-old from Neuville, allegedly planned to create an anti-government militia and “took concrete actions to facilitate terrorist activity,” according to a news release from RCMP.
