Earlier this week, a new survey was revealed that reported Quebec is the “happiest province in Canada”!

Another list also revealed that Mississauga, Ontario is the “happiest city” in the country. In fact, the ‘happiest cities Top 10 list’, only featured cities in Quebec and Southern Ontario.
