A collision has closed a section of Berry Mills Road in Moncton.

RCMP first posted about the crash on social media around 10:30 a.m. Friday.

No other details were immediately available from police.

In a social media post, the Moncton Firefighters Association said they were on the scene of an incident near Bill Slater Drive and Zach Road.

Drivers are being asked to use an alternate route for the time being.
