A fire has torn through a home on Fort William First Nation.

Early Saturday morning fire crews responded to a blaze that had taken over a trailer home on Wolf Ct.

A total of 6 pumpers were on the scene. Firefighters searched the home and cleared it of any residents.

The fire caused extensive damage to the home, and the cause will be investigated.
