

A University of Chicago and Columbia University study found that increasing your intake of fruits and veggies…….could give you a better night’s sleep. Research shows that people who lacked quality sleep were eating unhealthy foods. Foods that were high in fat and sugar.
AND, the ones who ate more fruits and vegetables during the day, had ‘deeper and more uninterrupted sleep’. Researchers went on to say that simply changing up your diet, could be a new, natural and cost-effective approach to getting a better sleep. SO, the question is: just how much fruit and veggies should we eat for a good night’s sleep? About 5 cups a day! Does that seem like too much?
Now, go ahead and eat those strawberries, grapes, apples, even those peppers! AND, have a great sleep!
