So… you don’t see this every day.   On Sunday a Lady went for a cruise down the Rideau River, apparently for over 30km.  When she got close to Manotick she crashed into ice.  As she waited to be rescued she decided to do what all sane people do when they fall into freezing water… take a selfie.  Police said the driver was charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and one count of being a fry short of a happy meal.
