Antigonish RCMP need the public’s help to identify a man who died after jumping off a steep embankment.
Last Thursday night, officers responded to reports of a man walking on Highway 104 in Aulds Cove.
When officers arrived, they say the man fled and jumped off the embankment and into the ocean.
Later that night, officers in an RCMP boat from Port Hawkesbury discovered the man’s remains.
He’s described as in his 30s, about six-feet tall with short brown hair, blue-grey eyes and a full beard.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Antigonish RCMP.
