Do you get frustrated when you’re ‘waiting in line’?  New research shows that ‘waiting in line’ isn’t a waste of time, it’s actually good for your brain!

Researchers at the University of East London claim that not only does waiting – strengthen your self-control….it can also bring out your creativity, and increase communication skills.  How does this happen?  Researchers say…you need to recognize the benefits.  For example:

…enjoy the anticipation of an event you’re waiting for (a concert, a trip).
…use the time to reflect on what you’re grateful for…that’ll definitely lessen the frustration over waiting.
…those times you’re waiting in traffic – use that to reflect, pause and rest.

All these…..are good for your brain!  Have fun waiting for the train to cross! (LOL)
