Want to help make public transportation options available in Inverness?

The County is hosting 2-hour Getting There Together engagement sessions over the next few weeks.

They will include interactive breakout activities to spark conversation to gather meaningful community input.

“Transportation is a lifeline in a rural county like ours. Whether it’s getting to a doctor’s appointment, going to work, or attending community events, people need reliable options,” says Warden Bonny MacIsaac.

“These sessions are about listening to residents and working together to create a system that meets local needs.”

There will be door prizes, giveaways, food and refreshments for attendees.

Here’s when and where the sessions are taking place:

• October 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Beinn Mhàbu
• October 22 at 6:00 p.m. at Inverness County Centre for the Arts
